Featuring a sleek oval fingerprint-resistant design, this trash can is suitable for use in various locations including homes, offices, kitchens, bedrooms, dorm rooms, or even children's rooms.
Utilizing the most advanced sensor technology found in all Ninestars trash cans, this durable trash can boasts a sensor that automatically opens the lid when your hand or debris is within ten inches or a 130° angle from the infrared sensor. The lid will remain open as long as the debris or hand is within the sensor's range, and will close automatically three seconds after your hand moves away.
The power of this trash can lasts up to 6 months with normal daily usage. It also comes with a ring liner to keep trash bags hidden from view for a tidy and clean appearance. Please note that the older version of this model required 4 D batteries but has since been discontinued. The current model requires 3 C batteries to operate, which are not included.
Constructed with high-quality materials, this trash can features a water-resistant infrared motion sensor to protect against moisture and spills. The fingerprint-resistant stainless steel base helps to keep the can clean.
Incorporating advanced technology, the delay sensing technology conserves battery life and prevents unnecessary openings from pets, children, or passersby. The soft closing function enhances the longevity of the product.
The touch-free motion sensor lid closure seals in odors and eliminates the spread of germs. It requires 3 C batteries (not included), with alkaline batteries recommended for optimal performance.
For added ease and convenience, the removable ring liner securely holds trash bags in place, preventing them from overhanging and maintaining a neat appearance. You can use standard trash bags or NINESTARS custom trash bags (NSTB-13-30) with this trash can.
